I really hope you find the support that you need. I've been where you are, and the thing is, it's sometimes hard to hang on to the hope that there will be a better time if you just endure the dark time. But there always is a better, and so when I've struggled where you are, I just try to picture that better time like I'm really there, and in that character I say to myself, "I'm so glad I stuck around so that I could experience all of this. If I had let go, I never would have had all this joy, these great experiences". Hold on to that hope, and then also seek out resources to get some support right now. A hotline or something that can direct you to a free center where someone will help you get to that place of hope.

Then you can see what you'd miss out on if you weren't here!
