This year, it’s time to take action. It’s time to pull our heads out of our asses and make some plans for world domination.
How? By telling the world, not what we want to do this year, but what we will.
So what will YOU do this year?
I will… walk for 30 minutes a day, five days a week as per an extremely informative video making the rounds on youtube.
I will… trust that the universe will give us what we need, when we need it.
I will… laugh more.
I will… create – write, draw, colour, take pictures, make cards, etc.
I will… meditate.
I will… practice mindfulness.
I will… get outside.
I will… send more happy mail.
I will… get more sleep.
I will… listen to my body.
I will… stop hating myself.
I will… learn to love myself.
I will… be unapologetically ME.
Phew! That’s a tall order. Good thing I’m up for the job!
This year I’m finally getting my shit together and changing my eating habits for the better! I’m a freaking health care professional, counsel people every day on losing weight and exercise but feel like a freaking hypocrite because I had a morbidly obese BMI. I am now down to just obese! My spouse and I are on the same page and have done very well so far! We’ve both had some good scale and non-scale victories! I don’t expect everything to be perfect overnight, it’s a process! But I will do it!
You can SO do this! You’ve inspired me to make my own list!
This list kicks all kinds of butt, and so do you! 🙂 I will be making my own list as well. Cheers!
Good for you! The idea of a list of the things you’re going to do to make your year–and life–happier is brilliant. Like AB, I’m off to make my own list, thanks to you!
I’m staying sober, letting go of what I can’t control, engaging in prayer, learning to use my coping skills, rebuilding relationships, hopefully completing probation successfully, meeting my baby, continuing the upward trajectory, getting unhealthy people out of my life, and learning to cook so I don’t rely so much on convenience foods. I think that’s enough lol
