Good morning!
Happy Monday, y’all!
Sometimes I look at my kid and he looks all grown up, and I can’t believe it. I think there’s no way that my 7 year old looks like he’s 10. He’s growing up right before my eyes and it hurts.
But then I realize his hair is really, really shaggy and I make an appointment for him to get his hair cut.
And just like that? Within a few minutes of cutting and thinning, he looks like my little 7 year old again. Young and innocent.
My baby. My happy.

It was sunny! 🙂 Beautiful outside.
Ran some errands and attended a networking group. Got shit done. Made a dinner that my husband enjoyed.

This is wonderful! I love what an easy fix it is for such joy.
My daily dose of happiness for today is knowing I work somewhere I am actually appreciated. This is such a departure from my last job that sometimes I have to stop and take it all in. The difference a happy, pleasant workplace can make is astounding!
My daily dose of happiness for today is looking at the photos my friend sends me of her newborn. Seeing her cute little cheeks makes me smile every time! Thanks for posting!
My happy is that my husband’s friend came by and helped us move some stuff around our townhouse which I’ve wanted to do for at least a year. My husband isn’t strong and while my femur IS healed, I don’t like to push it.
But I’m thrilled. SO happy now. FINALLY I can make it look like a home.
